Return Process

  Ensure all items are unassembled and securely packed in their original boxes, including all manuals, tools, and hardware.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a courier to drop off the items at our designated Perth or Melbourne distribution centers.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
