The Armortech 15lb Aluminum Training Bar is perfect for practicing technique, and learning the basic fundamentals of olympic lifting.
The barbell itself is suitable for Olympic sized weight plates (50mm), however it is significantly less in weight compared to traditional Olympic bars that are 20kg. This allows the user to practice lifts, without placing too much stress on their body.
The bar is fixed with sealed needle bearings, allowing for a smooth rotation, important especially when dealing with heavier weights. Standard Olympic knurling is also included for a safe, and convenient grip. The bar comes with a 12 month commercial warranty.
